Se presenta un caso de herida de difícil curación que requirió diversas técnicas y procedimientos para su completa cicatrización (desbridamiento, terapia con presión negativa y cierre directo con colgajo), como estrategia para reducir el tiempo de curación.Tras la aplicación del procedimiento establecido, el paciente no presentó complicaciones, procediendo al cierre directo con colgajo, lo que, en global pudo acortar los tiempos de cicatrización.
We report a case of wound that are difficult to cure which required various techniques and procedures for their complete healing (debridement, therapy with negative pressure and direct closure with flap), as a strategy to reduce the healing time. After the application of the established procedure, the patient had no complications, being the direct closure with flap, which, in global was able to cut the times of healing.
