Se explican las diferen tes osteotomías y procedimientos quirúrgicos que se aplican para conseguir redirigir y esta bilizar las fuerzas estructurales de la cabeza del metatarsi ano y primera falange, consi guiendo la eficaz corrección del Hallux Valgus.
It's described how to correct the Hallux Abducto Valgus deformity using procedures of Minimal Incision Surgery. We show all the instrumental and the different bandaging techniques needed. It's explained several osteotomies and quirurgical procedures applied to replace the articular surface and to get the right estructural forces at first metatarsal and first phalangx. A successful result is achieved using these procedures.
