Una Universidad para nuestro tiempo

Abstract

En este artículo el autor aborda el debatido tema de la renovación de la universidad contemplado en el Plan de Bolonia. Se insiste no solo en la necesaria renovación de la institución universitaria en los aspectos metodológicos, científicos y técnicos, sino también en la necesaria presencia de unos contenidos humanísticos y éticos que ayuden a la formación de ciudadanos. Se aboga por un nuevo modelo antropológico y ético en la enseñanza, por una educación centrada en el alumno y una implicación de la universidad en la construcción social.

In this article the author approaches the debated topic of the renovation of the university contemplated in the Plan of Bologna. It is insisted in the necessary renovation of the university institution not only in the methodological, scientific and technical aspects, but in addition, in the necessary presence of a few humanistic and ethical contents that should help to the citizens’ formation. One pleads for a new anthropologic and ethical model in the education, for an education centred on the pupil and an implication of the university in the social construction.
