Educar en la libertad y la responsabilidad. Una tarea compleja

Abstract

En este artículo, mostramos que la libertad, la condición y el fruto de la autonomía, no es una ilusión ni una ficción; es posible hablar de ella porque hay fenómenos de libertad en el ser humano. Educar en la libertad y la responsabilidad es, finalmente, dentro de los márgenes posibles, facilitar de la mejor manera la construcción de las identidades, la realización de los innumerables proyectos de vida posibles, ligados al proyecto social y político que los une. En una etapa histórica articulante entre un mundo moderno, propio de una sociedad productiva, y un mundo posmoderno, vinculado a la sociedad de consumo de ahora, tenemos un desafío crucial: hallar un sentido propicio a la educación para la libertad y la responsabilidad en los actuales contextos socioculturales. En suma, estamos en busca de orientaciones pedagógicas renovadas y renovadoras a la altura de nuestro tiempo. En este sentido y, con todas las limitaciones y precauciones necesarias, asumiendo el sabio legado crítico posmoderno sobre la ambigüedad de la realidad, se aportan algunas posibles líneas pedagógicas generales de acción, centrándonos por último en la dimensión ética.

In this article, we show that freedom, status and result of the autonomy is not an illusion or a fiction. It is possible to speak of freedom because there are phenomena of freedom in human beings. Educating for freedom and responsibility is, ultimately, within the range possible, provide the best way to build identities, for the realization of many projects possible life, coupled with social and public project that links them. In a historical period, between the modern world, characteristic of a productive society, and a postmodern world, linked to the consumer society, we have a crucial challenge: finding a way conducive to education for freedom and responsibility in the current social and cultural contexts. In short, we are looking for educational guidance and innovative renewed, at the height of our time. In this regard, and with all the limitations and precautions, assuming the critical legacy postmodern sage on the ambiguity of reality, provides some general education possible lines of action, focusing finally on the ethical dimension.
