El desarrollo interior como eje de la integralidad educativa

Abstract

El desarrollo humano requiere considerar todas las dimensiones humanamente educables. Si la educación tiene por fin el desarrollo integral de las personas, la dimensión interior no puede ser obviada. El objetivo de la presente contribución es reflexionar pedagógicamente sobre la integralidad educativa en aras de posibilitar una educación que capacite verdaderamente a los educandos en todas sus potencialidades. Para ello se atenderá a cuestiones relacionadas con las capacidades humanas, el conocimiento interior vinculado a la reflexión consciente y los beneficios que estas capacidades disponen para favorecer la plenitud humana.

Human development needs to consider all the human teachable dimensions. If the purpose of the education is the integral development of the person, the interior dimension cannot be obviated. The objective of the present article is to think pedagogically about the educational integrality in altars of making possible an education that really qualifies the pupils in all their potentials. For it one will reflect about questions related to the human capabilities, the interior knowledge linked to the conscious reflection and the benefits that these capabilities arrange to promote the human fullness.
