Actitudes en los alumnos del máster de profesorado de secundaria de la Universidad Católica de Valencia ante rasgos del saber ser

Abstract

Tras la implantación tan necesaria del Máster en Formación del Profesorado de Secundaria y las posibilidades que nos brinda para formar a través suyo a los futuros docentes, nos planteamos la conveniencia de explorar cuál es el perfil del alumnado que accede a dichos estudios en cuanto a sus actitudes ante rasgos de excelencia profesional. La finalidad es facilitar la mejora del proceso de aprendizaje-enseñanza de actitudes partiendo de la realidad existente. En este artículo se aportan resultados obtenidos en el análisis descriptivo de una investigación centrada en rasgos de excelencia profesional. El estudio permite identificar el perfil de los estudiantes de dicho Máster de la Universidad Católica de Valencia San Vicente Mártir referente a rasgos vinculados al “saber ser” del docente.

After the implementation of the Master of Teaching in Secondary Education and the possibilities it offers us to train the future teachers, we consider the convenience of exploring the profile of the student that accesses to these studies in terms of their attitudes towards traits of professional excellence. The aim is to facilitate the improvement of the learning-teaching process of attitudes based on the existing reality. In this article, we present results obtained in the descriptive analysis of an investigation focused on traits of professional excellence. The study identifies the profile of the students of this Master from the Catholic University of Valencia San Vicente Mártir related to traits linked to the “knowing to be” of the teacher.
