dc.description.abstractI cambiamenti che hanno investito la scuola, l’autonomia dell’insegnamento basato su indicazioni nazionali e piani di studio personalizzati, con forti mutamenti nel contesto sociale, la complessità e l’incertezza attuali hanno progressivamente cambiato il profilo dell’insegnante e le competenze educative. A causa dell’influenza di questi fattori, l’acquisizione di ulteriori abilità – da parte del docente – è centrale per affrontare i contemporanei cambiamenti nelle pratiche educative. In considerazione di questi, la professione docente richiedere un’identità e abilità di insegnamento pratico atte a migliorare la capacità di aiutare le nuove generazioni nella loro autorealizzazione. In tal senso questo studio esamina la domanda di coaching nelle scuole come competenza didattica, relazionale e motivazionale.it
dc.description.abstractChanges that have invested in school, the autonomy of teaching based on national guidelines and personalized study plans, with strong changes in the social context, complexity and current uncertainty have progressively changed the teacher’s profile and educational skills . Due to the influence of these factors, acquiring additional skills by the teacher is central to addressing contemporary changes in educational practices. In view of these, the professor requires a sense of identity and practical teaching skills to improve the ability to help new generations in their self-realization. In this sense, this study examines the demand for coaching in schools as a didactic, relational and motivational competence.en
