dc.description.abstractEn este trabajo se aborda el comportamiento ético docente, desde la perspectiva de los maestros en formación, considerándolo sustrato de la calidad educativa. Para ello, se presenta un estudio realizado con estudiantes del Grado de Maestro a través del cual se identifican los rasgos de la ética profesional docente a partir de lo que aquellos consideran prácticas educativas que identifican el quehacer profesional de un buen maestro. Partiendo de un grupo de discusión formado por maestros en formación, y a través del análisis cualitativo y cuantitativo de la información, profundizamos en el entramado de la ética docente que se manifiesta a través de la práctica educativa concreta. Los resultados de la investigación pueden ser orientación en los estudios del Grado de Maestro para, desde ellos, fomentar la calidad en el desarrollo de la tarea educativa.es
dc.description.abstractIn this article, the ethical behavior of teachers, from the perspective of teachers in training, is considered as substrate of educational quality. To this end, a study is carried out with students of the Master Degree through which the traits of the professional ethics of teachers are identified, based on what they consider as educational practices that identify the professional work of a good teacher. Starting from a discussion group formed by teachers in formation, and through the qualitative and quantitative analysis of the information, we outline the construct that determines the teaching ethics and that manifests itself through the concrete educational practice. The results of the research can be orientation in the studies of the Degree of Master, from them, to foment the quality in the development of the educative task.en
