Abstract
The intervention programme proposed in this Final Degree project has been created with the intention of helping those families with conflictive and/or dysfunctional relationships between their members, so that they can learn how to relate to each other in a more respectful, affectionate, and healthy way. To achieve this purpose, the programme aims to focus on the one hand, on parent child relationships and, on the other hand, on the marital relationship of the parents, these being two fundamental aspects of the family on which the functioning and well-being of the family depend. The methodology used consists of eleven sessions divided into three blocks of content: emotional intelligence, assertive communication, and conflict resolution, these three components having repeatedly demonstrated their effectiveness in improving the quality of interpersonal relationships. Likewise, the ability to take care of oneself, both individually, as a couple and as a family, will also be worked on transversally throughout the programme.
