Chiesa romana, chiese orientali e modernità giuridica nella prima codificazione orientale

Abstract

El presente estudio toma en consideración el iter de codificación de los canónes de las Iglesias orientales y su peculiaridad respecto al Código de Derecho Canónico para la Iglesia latina, por entonces ya promulgado. Se toma como referencia el punto de vista del Cardenal Acacius Coussa, exponente relevante en la Curia Romana, que dedicó su vida entera a trabajar por el bien de las Iglesias de Oriente y a la codificación de su derecho.

This work to consider the root of the Eastern Churches codification and the peculiarities respect on the Code of Canon Law for Latin Church. For to do this, I have considered the thought of Cardinal Acacius Coussa, an important exponent of the Roman Curia that spent all his life for the right of the Eastern Churches and the codification of their law.
