Utilidad de peptest en el diagnóstico del reflujo faringolaríngeo: revisión bibliográfica

Abstract

El reflujo faringolaríngeo (RFL) es una afección inflamatoria de la vía aerodigestiva superior, debido al movimiento retrógrado del contenido gastrointestinal, caracterizado por la presencia de síntomas, signos y afectaciones tisulares. El objetivo es valorar la utilidad del test de pepsina en saliva (Peptest) para el diagnóstico de esta enfermedad.

Laryngopharyngeal reflux (LPR) is an inflammatory condition of the upper aerodigestive tract, due to retrograde movement of gastrointestinal contents, characterised by the presence of symptoms, signs and tissue involvement. The aim is to assess the usefulness of the pepsin test in saliva (Peptest) for the diagnosis of this disease.
