Abstract
For a long time, many people have misunderstandings or incorrect concepts about strength training and its relationship with teenage children. It has been believed since it is negative for them, that it is harmful, etc. Even many physical trainers / trainers are unaware or not correct concepts about whether or not this quality should be worked on in children and how to do it. We have seen how strength training has beneficial benefits on health and sports performance and there is no problem in doing these ages, as long as it is well planned and supervised by qualified personnel. A soccer strength training plan was carried out for 14- and 15-year-olds with the goal of improving performance and preventing injury. A structured microcycle planning method was specified with a methodology for vertical type strength training with a training frequency twice a week and combining different types of training such as eccentric or plyometric.
