El derecho al honor de las personas jurídicas ante los potenciales excesos de la libertad de expresión

Abstract

Se va a realizar un estudio sobre el derecho al honor de las personas jurídicas, y la conexión que este tema puede tener con la libertad de expresión. Este análisis del tema de la teoría de la persona jurídica, enmarcado en la teoría general del derecho. En segundo lugar, la incidencia que la teoría general del derecho tiene en el honor, el honor de las personas, la relación entre el honor y la persona jurídica, y finalmente, las conexiones que el tema pueda tener con la libertad de expresión. Y finalmente se concluirá con una reflexión más orientativa que dogmática y finalista sobre esta problemática.

The study addresses the juridical person’s right to honour and how this issue may be connected to freedom of expression. This analysis of the topic of the theory of the juridical person is framed within general legal theory. The study also examines the impact of general legal theory on honour, on people’s honour, the relationship between honour and the juridical person and the connections that this issue may have with freedom of expression. Lastly, the study concludes with an illustrative rather than definitive or dogmatic reflection on this controversy.
