Influencia entre los tipos de apego y las relaciones de pareja. Revisión sistemática.

Abstract

INTRODUCCIÓN: Los estilos de apego que se experimentan durante la infancia pueden condicionar el tipo de relaciones que se mantienen en etapas posteriores de la vida. Por ello, dependiendo del tipo de apego de cada persona, existirá una mayor o menor predisposición a la formación de una relación de pareja sana, dañina, obsesiva o desconfiada. OBJETIVO: En esta revisión sistemática se pretende analizar las publicaciones más importantes que vinculen el apego y las relaciones de pareja. MATERIAL Y MÉTODOS: Se utilizaron distintas bases de datos informáticas para la búsqueda de la información entre las que se encuentran “PubMed”, “EBSCO”, “Dialnet”, “Lilacs” e “IntraMed” y bibliotecas virtuales como SciELO. Del total de los artículos obtenidos (121) se realizó una selección a través de las pautas que establece el grupo PRISMA y se utilizó la aplicación web “Fichas de Lectua Crítica 3.0” para evaluar la calidad de los artículos. RESULTADOS: De todos los artículos obtenidos, se incluyeron 9 en la revisión sistemática. Después de aplicar “Fichas de Lectura Crítica 3.0” para evaluar la calidad se obtuvieron 4 estudios con una calidad científica alta, 4 con una calidad media y 1 con una calidad baja. CONCLUSIONES: Se puede afirmar que existe una evidencia en que los estilos de apego influyen en la satisfacción de las relaciones de pareja y que el apego seguro es el más óptimo ya que todos los estudios incluidos han sido favorables hacia este tipo de apego.

INTRODUCTION: The attachment styles that are experimented in the childhood may condition the kind of relationships that they keep in the later stages of life. Therefore, depending on the type of attachment of each person, there would be there will be a greater or lesser predisposition to the development of a healthy, unhealthy, obsessive or distrustful relationship. OBJECTIVE: In this systematic review, the purpose is to analyze the most important publications that link the attachment and love relationships. MATERIAL AND METHODS: It was used different computer databases in order to search for the relevant information. Some of that bases are: “PubMed”, “EBSCO”, “Dialnet”, “Lilacs” e “IntraMed.” and other virtual libraries like SciELO. From the total of searched articles (121) there was a selection using the group PRISMA guidelines. It was used the web app “Critical Reading Files 3.0” in order to evaluate the quality of the articles. RESULTS: Of all articles obtained, 9 were included in the systematic review. After applying the "Critical Reading Files 3.0" to evaluate the quality of the articles, the results showed that 4 of those articles had high scientific quality, 4 had medium quality and 1 had low quality. CONCLUSIONS: The results show an evidence that the styles of attachment influence the level of satisfaction in the posterior relationships. They also show that the secure attachment is most optimal since all included studies have been favorable towards this type of attachment.
